U-Right International Holdings Limited was listed
on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong
Kong Limited on 13 November 2000. The Group is principally
engaged in the design, manufacture of men's' and
ladies' casual wear, as well as the distribution
and retail of U-RIGHT's garment, through the forms
of retail outlets and distribution points, to Hong
Kong, China and overseas market. The Group established
the "U-RIGHT" brand name in Hong Kong
in 1989, and opened its first local "U-MIX"
brand-matching concept shop in 2007, a leading innovative
garment retail concept, providing customers with
a diversified assortment of garment selections.
The Group has also made its debut in first-tier
apparel market in the PRC, establishing comparatively
high-end multi-brands shop "SEVENDAYS"
and house-brand "PEZZX" businesses, to
enlarge the Group's retail portfolio. The Group
has also actively applied innovative textile technologies
into garment production, introducing the "NanoEco
Series" and "Super Warm Micro Feather
Series", which are favored by market. Within
the nano-processing business, the Group has become
one of the largest nano textile enterprises in the
PRC. The Group will further increase its nano-processing
capabilities to develop the nano licensing business
and extend its application to a variety of products,
to ultimately expand its sales channels and network.
Moreover, the Group has started trading business
to offer one-stop textile product solutions, including
design, material procurement, production planning
and quality control, to match the needs of its customers,
further enhancing its position in the textile business.
